Am i Eligible for any Scholarships?

I am doing BE in mechanical engineering from NUST. Am in 7th semester with CGPA 2.76. Want to do Masters (preferably leading to PhD) from any good foreign university on scholarship, since my family can't afford the high fees. With this CGPA am i eligible for any scholarships? If so then where and how should i apply and what steps should i take from here on to ensure i get admission along with scholarship in masters program?

You will find it difficult to get scholarships with this GPA. You can compensate with relevent work/research experience. Publishing research papers always helps especially for PhD positions in funded projects.
you can not get any of the scholarship with this GPA.......but i would suggest you to give GRE with full strength and score around 1400 then your chances would be bright.if you can't do this and don't wanna industrial experience then its better you start doing MS from NUST or else and later on apply for PhD scholarship on master basis.
I think there is no program called "MSc leading to PhD". Usually one gets admission in MSc/MA and then after completion again apply for PhD separately which might not be in same university where masters is done.
