If we provide the Training to the Teacher

If we provide the training to the teacher of the rular or urban areas than we get the better result to achive our goal because good teacher will make a better future. We have to focus our educational pattern, our country needs an equality based education system the course should b same in all over the world......different course and examining pattern is one of the worst drawback of our educational system...there is O-A levels ,Agha khan board, federal board, Sindh board which have different course and paper pattern so it should be condemned.
